AVAILABILITY
Once you have chosen your preferred villa and decided the dates you wish to travel, send us a quick message letting us know which house, your preferred dates and the number of guests, we can quickly let you know about availabilty and pricing.
PRICING
To give you the best possible pricing, we have flexible options based on the number of guests and the dates and duration of your holiday. We advertise additionally on Trip Advisor Holiday Lettings, VRBO and AirBNB but the best deals are available when booking direct as there are no booking fees.
HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
This will depend on how far in advance your are booking your holiday. We normally collect a 20% non-refundable booking deposit at the time of booking with the balance falling due 8 weeks before travelling. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away, the full balance is due.
In all cases, we collect a €200 damage deposit which is returned following departure.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations will be treated on a case by case basis; however the following cancellation charges may be incurred:-
Prior to 56 days Deposit only (non-refundable)
29-55 days 40% of total cost or deposit if greater
15-28 days 60% of total cost or deposit if greater
0 -14 days 100% of total cost
COVID-19 CANCELLATIONS
If your travel plans have changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
You will always have these options:
An option to move the booking to an alternate date, without loss of your money, only paying more if the cost of the new dates are greater than the existing booking.
Full cash refund by submitting official documentation for review

If you are sick due to a COVID-19 infection prior to travelling or cannot present a negative test, this is always covered under your own travel insurance.
Options are dealt with on a case by case basis in these cases.
